Children and youth of CMC whose parent(s)/guardian are members of CMC are eligible for educational need-based grants to attend Eastern Mennonite Schools. The amount of each grant is determined by the household's demonstrated financial need through a third party financial aid agency and the FAST eligibility form.
This survey is simply a tool used for CMC to communicate with EMS regarding children and youth from CMC who are enrolled or planning to enroll at EMS in the upcoming school year. In addition to filling out this survey, in order to receive financial aid you must contact the admissions office at EMS and fill out the FAST application.
