Gifts Discernment Survey

Scripture tells us that God has given each of us gifts to be used to build up the church and to bless the world. The well-being of the church depends on each member using his or her gifts for the good of the whole. To do that, we need to help each other discover our gifts and encourage one another to use those gifts as God leads. With that in mind, you are invited to respond to the following Gifts Discernment Survey.

The survey is intended to gauge individual interest and willingness to use their gifts within the church. Indicating that you are are interested in serving in a position does not mean that you are signing up for a role. You may select as many or as few of the following roles as you would like. You may not want or have the desire to serve the church in a specific way and that too is fine- let us know how you are serving your family, community, or world outside of the church.

If you have questions regarding the survey or want to provide clarification on your responses, please contact a member of the Gifts Discernment Committee (Keith Gnagey, Simone Horst, Eric Saner, Jennifer Davis Sensenig). Gifts Discernment Committee takes your responses seriously and confidentially. The committee intends to follow up with you to let you know we have received your response.
