Fill out one form section for each member of your family. Then scroll back through and add up the registration fees and enter them in the box at the bottom. Registration fees are capped at $200 or the cost of about three family members. If you are registering at CMC and immediatly paying by Cash or Check, select "Paid". If not, select "Pay Later". If the cost of retreat is more than you can afford to pay right now, please let us know how much assistance you need.
